Yoga Staycation with Claudia and Jojo
Join Claudia and Jojo for our second weekend yoga retreat at Awei Metta Resort in the lush and peaceful oasis of Pun Hlaing Estate. Both healthy and indulgent, this is a chance to nourish yourself whilst deepening - or perhaps beginning - your yoga practice. We will greet the mornings with meditation and dynamic practice, and offer workshops delving into various aspects of yoga centered around bringing more balance into both your asana and mindfulness practice. Immerse yourself in 9+ hours of yoga, relax by the salt water pool or enjoy the club's recreational facilities including 18-hole golf, tennis courts, and full-service spa.

GETTING TO/FROM AWEI METTA (excluded)
Awei Metta Resort is located within Pun Hlaing Estate which is west of the river, roughly a 45 minute drive from downtown Yangon. Taxi fare is between 7,000 - 10,000ks from most areas of Yangon.
Arrive at Awei Metta on Friday anytime between 2 to 6PM. We will have our first yoga practice at 6PM
Depart from Awei Metta on Sunday at your leisure. Check out is 1PM and we will have an optional inversions workshop from 1:30 - 2:30 on Sunday. The hotel can call "kilo taxis" for guests (fare is approximately 8,000ks to downtown Yangon) and we encourage you to carpool back.
OTHER RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Retreat participants are welcome to attend yoga sessions at your leisure, nothing is mandatory.
In addition to yoga, participants have access to a large salt water swimming pool and recreational facilities of Pun Hlaing Country club including free use of tennis courts and the gym.
Retreat participants also receive 15% off Oasis Spa, and free buggy service around the estate.
Pun Hlaing Estate is built around an 18-course golf course and driving range.
