VIRTUAL WORKPLACE WELLNESS PROGRAM

With so many changes taking place both in work and home life due to the pandemic, now more than ever, employees need tools to better manage stress while staying engaged and focused.

We have developed a workplace wellness program comprised of videos and audio recordings to bring yoga and mindfulness practices into the workplace. Our program is designed to reduce stress, release physical tension and increase focus through a combination of movement, exercise, breath and meditation practices suitable for everyone.

All sessions are virtual and pre-recorded, so your workforce can access them anywhere. Each session is recorded in English AND Burmese language (using audio voice-over or subtitles when appropriate).

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS PROGRAM

2 yoga videos per week  

(1 in English + 1 Burmese voiceover)

20 - 30 minutes long

Each video has a theme, including:

- Chair Yoga

- Energizing Morning Yoga

- Yoga for Strength

- Relaxing Evening Practice

- Deep Stretch

Exercise Videos

2 mindfulness audios per week 

(1 in English + 1 in Burmese)

7 - 15 minutes long 

Each audio begins with a short lesson on mindfulness followed by a breathing or meditation practice providing tools to be present, consciously relax, enhance focus, or improve emotional balance

Each worksheet summarizes the key messages from the yoga and mindfulness videos and provides easy question prompts for the participant to reflect on their experience over the past week from the program

You can purchase a Class Pass in cash directly at the studio or online using a credit card. We also accept PayPal transfer using the email address payyangonyogahouse@gmail.com - please let us know in advance if you wish to buy a pass via PayPal. 
 
Multi-class passes are tracked for you with our online booking system called PunchPass. Each time you attend a class, one class is automatically deducted from your balance. You will receive an automated email when you are down to 2 passes. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be shared.

We believe passionately that all companies should have a wellness program to support the wellbeing of their employees. Therefore, our wellness program is priced on a sliding scale to make it affordable to organizations who wish to take part but have been significantly financially impacted by the current crisis.
