JANUARY 27 & 28, 2018
Yoga Retreat to Bago led by Jojo and Jerome
In this weekend retreat, we invite you to unplug from your digital arm and take a moment to reflect on what's most important to you. In addition to a digital detox, we will also detoxify the body through a 2-day juice cleanse with cold-pressed juices from RAW, a Yangon-based company. Let go of stored tension and find freedom in areas of holding through dynamic vinyasa flow and lunar, meditative yin practices. Finally, experience quiet from within by observing the Noble Silence, a period of deep silence starting from the end of meditation on Saturday evening until after asana practice on Sunday. By giving ourselves the permission to pause, we are able to tap into our deeper desires and reemerge with new found inspiration, balance and connection.
We will depart from Yangon Yoga House Downtown at 7AM on Saturday, January 27th and return by 5PM on Sunday January 28th.

ABOUT JOJO & JEROME
Jojo and Jerome are the founders of Yangon Yoga House. In 2013, the couple left their corporate jobs in London in search of a new adventure that didn't involve a blackberry and a suit, landing in Myanmar shortly after. Both discovered yoga (separately!) in Boston at Baron Babtiste Power Yoga studios in 2007, and hold certifications as 200-HR Vinyasa yoga instructors from Yoga Alliance approved schools. Jojo has also completed intensives and teacher trainings in yoga therapeutics, mandala vinyasa, yin yoga and tripsichore method. Jerome firmly believes in modifying the practice to suit the individual and focusing on strength training as a path to finding more ease and elasticity. Together, they have led dozens of yoga retreats all around Southeast Asia.
