Power, Purpose and Perspective

Breaking Down and Empowering Asana through Creative Prop Use

with Kathy Gabriel

Ever feel like you’ve almost understood a certain asana or posture, but you’re not quite there? Or that you’ve almost just made it into an inversion or an arm balance, but there’s just one missing link in the way of allowing you to lift of? Prop use can help to fill in that missing link to help you get that much closer to understanding and embodying asana.

Join Kathy Gabriel for her signature prop workshop, which will focus on the intricacies of physical movements and mobility in common yoga poses. Access the physical body and gain a fresh perspective on various poses with the creative use of props and progressive sequencing. Learn to build an empowering practice that is beneficial long-term and one that truly honors your own body. The workshops will not only approach yoga asana from the physical level, but will build your understanding through an intelligent weaving of yoga philosophy.
