PILOXING BARRE WITH ISKANDAR
PILOXING Barre is a comprehensive, well-rounded workout that is low-impact, yet intensity building combining the intensity of Boxing/Standing pilates with assistance of Ballet Barre. This new program creates full body awareness the entire class, both standing and grounded.The Barre not just as another tool, but as a support to create external resistance and initiate more muscle engagement. The Barre will aid you to achieve body balance, and give you more concentrated toning, allowing you to take your muscles deeper into each exercise, through a more complete and dynamic range of motion. Join Iskandar at our Yankin Studio on November 5 to learn the techniques of this fun and energetic practice. This workshop is limited to 12 students, so pre-registration and payments is required.
Iskandar Mahbob, a Master Trainer and Asia Presenter team for Piloxing SSP and Knockout program. He has been working in fitness industry and group fitness for over five years, and presenting group fitness programs all around Asia from Hong Kong Sports Expo, Bali Fitness Weekend and Asia Fitness Convention in Bangkok
