NGWE SAUNG YACHT CLUB RESORT
 
Experience an energizing long-weekend yoga and fitness retreat in Ngwe Saung Beach with Jojo and Jerome during the November Full Moon Holiday. In addition to daily yoga practices, there will be a combination of strength and cardio-based High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) workouts using TRX suspension ropes and body-resistance exercises.  Jump start or boost your personal fitness routine and yoga practice, sink your toes into the sand and unfold into the deep waters of relaxation under the full moon.
Bonus! Monday November 11 and Tuesday November 12 are Myanmar National Holidays

  • Daily yoga practice and breath work including vinyasa, yin / deep stretch, gentle lunar (moon) flow and restorative practices

PRICING

We are offering a choice of room options to match every budget. Rates are per person, based on double occupancy. SATURDAY NOVEMBER 9

5:00 AM - Departure from Yangon Yoga House 

11:00 AM - Arrival at Ngwe Saung Yacht Club

4:00 PM - Circuit training followed by slow vinyasa

SUNDAY & MONDAY NOVEMBER 10 & 11

7:30 AM - Circuit training followed by slow flow / deep stretch 

9:30 AM - Breakfast

3:00 PM - (Monday) Myofascial release workshop

4:00 PM - Breath Work, Yin Yoga, Lunar Flow & Yoga Nidra

7:30 PM (Sunday) - Group dinner

TUESDAY NOVEMBER 12

7:30 AM - Yoga and HIIT fusion practice

9:30 AM - Breakfast

1:00 PM - Departure from Ngwe Saung

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

The NSYC offers a variety of activities including stand-up paddle boarding, sailing boats, kite surfing, snorkeling, excursion boat tours, fishing and even diving. All activities can be organized directly with reception.

On Sunday evening, we will take a bus into the small town on the northern tip of Ngwe Saung for dinner.

 

Additional group-meal trips outside NSYC can be organized based on interest.

All fitness and yoga sessions are optional; this is your holiday so if you want to skip a practice to enjoy some more self-care time, please do.
