Mystical Myanmar Yoga Adventure

March 26th - April 5th, 2016

Join Myanmar Diaries and Jojo Yang, owner of Yangon Yoga House for an 11 day adventure through the highlights of Myanmar. We will start in the bustling capital of Yangon, a former colonial city retaining much of the original architecture. We continue northbound to Bagan, the greatest archeological treasure of Myanmar with over 4000 pagodas and temples ruins. We then head to Shan State for a 2 day trek, staying overnight at a local homestay, arriving at the pristine Inle Lake region inhabited by minority peoples on floating villages. Finally, we end with some well-deserved sun and sea at Ngapali beach. Enjoy daily yoga sessions to help stretch and invigorate you as we take this splendid guided journey together.
