Mindfulness Meditation 3-Week Course
With Antigone Victoria
A mindfulness meditation course that is accessible to all. Simple, clear and practical tools will be given in each session, along with practices that will help you to experience and apply the tools. This course is structured to give you an understanding of what meditation is, how to approach it, and how to minimize discomfort and distractions. Finally, you will also learn guidelines on how to make the practice sustainable. Learn not only how to maintain a regular practice, but how to apply what you gain from meditation into your daily life.
How should I sit? How should I breathe? What do I do with my thoughts? How can I weave it into my life if I'm really busy? These questions will be answered, and we will practise different techniques so you can find one that resonates with you. The workshop will be an overview of mindfulness meditation so that you have the tools to weave this practice into your daily life.

TIGGY - 500-HR Certified Yoga Instructor
Tiggy's yoga practice began twenty years ago as a means of encouragement to a friend who had recently completed his YTT. After exploring various styles of yoga including Iyengar, Ashtanga and Synergy yoga, in 2009, she completed a 500 hour yoga teacher training course at Byron Yoga Centre. Tiggy has also attended Anusara immersions and teacher trainings with Jonas Westring. During this time she developed a strong appreciation for John Friend's Universal Principles of Alignment and Tantric philosophy. Tiggy's style of yoga is a mix of vinyasa yoga with anusara alignment, kundalini kriyas, meditation and buddhist themes, all served with a twist of irreverence! She believes that the practice of yoga is to become a kinder person to yourself and to others and to move you into the space of awareness of yourself as infinite and loving.
