ABOUT JOJO AND JEROME

Jojo and Jerome are the founders of Yangon Yoga House. In 2013, the couple left their corporate jobs in London in search of a new adventure that didn't involve a blackberry and a suit, landing in Myanmar shortly after. Both discovered yoga (separately!) in Boston at  Baron Babtiste Power Yoga studios in 2007, and hold certifications as 200-HR Vinyasa yoga instructors from Yoga Alliance approved schools. Jojo has also completed intensives and teacher trainings in yoga therapeutics, mandala vinyasa, yin yoga and tripsichore method. Jerome firmly believes in modifying the practice to suit the individual and focusing on strength training as a path to finding more ease and elasticity. They take a light-hearted approach to teaching asana with plenty of modifications variations to give you the freedom to explore the depths of your practice, where-ever that may be for you.
