Are you interested in decreasing your carbon footprint AND preventing chronic disease? In this interactive workshop, we’ll discuss the whys and hows of transitioning to a plant-based diet. If you’re not ready to go full-fledged vegetarian or vegan, that’s okay! You’ll learn how to begin replacing animal products with other healthy, whole foods in a way that can be done safely in Yangon. We’ll dispel common myths surrounding organic produce, GMOs, and nutrient deficiencies. Be prepared to ask questions and brainstorm ways to prepare delicious plants, grains, and beans.

Jojo will lead a slow flow yoga class from 6 - 7P on Friday to help you unwind from the week; use a class pass or pay a $9 supplement to join the class.
