At Yangon Yoga House, we believe in providing fun, challenging and rewarding ways to feel great through movement. Our certified, English-speaking instructors lead classes for every one at every level of fitness from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners. Come to sweat and raise your heartbeat, or restore and melt the tension away.
UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19
In the interest of public health, we are capping our class size at 17 participants to allow several feet of space between mats. What this means for you:
Please pre-register for classes, particularly for weekend classes which tend to be full
Since space will be reduced, you may cancel your class up 1 hour before class time. If you do not show up for a class that you are registered for and it is fully booked, we will have to deduct the class from your pass. Unlimited members will be charged a $10 fee for no-show.
Now is a great time to try new classes! We have lots of classes that regularly have fewer than 17 participants, so there is still room for everyone.
Consider bringing your own yoga mat and a small towel to use as a barrier between you and the studio props.
As a cautionary measure, anyone who is visibly coughing in class will be asked not to join the class.
Please be well, and please keep on living your lives, with reasonable caution and with more space between your mats! If you are NOT sick, movement and stress reduction are probably the best things you can do to stay well, so please do keep coming to yoga.
