28 day LEVEL UP: BOOTCAMP

NOVEMBER 9 - DECEMBER 6, 2020

We're back with another 28-day virtual bootcamp designed to improve strength, endurance and flexibility - in just 30 minutes a day! Delivered through zoom every weekday; each class includes a fun and diverse blend of body weight and plyometric HIIT exercises combined with yoga-inspired movements that will leave you feeling sweaty, strong, and accomplished. At the end of each week, take a 10-minute fit test to track your progress and see how far you've come.

PRIVATE 1 to 1 SESSION  15 min check-in for questions and feedback on your form 

5 WEEKS OF ACCESS TO CONTENT LIBRARY for on-demand yoga and movement classes

WEEKLY "FIT TEST" pre-recorded for the weekend
