28 day LOCKDOWN BOOTCAMP

October 5 - 31, 2020

Elevate your endurance and strength in this 28-day virtual bootcamp combining cardio, low-impact strength, pilates-style conditioning and yoga sessions to take your fitness to the next level. Delivered through zoom livestream every weekday with 30 - 45 minute sessions progressing in intensity throughout the month. Weekends are for rest and relaxation, with optional yoga sessions to help you release and unwind. Stay at home, but keep on moving!

THURSDAY 17:30  |  HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING   (30min)

FRIDAY 12:30  |  CORE POWER + LOW-IMPACT STRENGTH TRAINING (30min)

WEEKEND ANYTIME | PRE-RECORDED YOGA CLASS FOCUSED ON RELEASE (75min)
