NEW YEAR BOOTCAMP

Greet the new year with a 28-day virtual bootcamp designed to fire up your core, improving cardiovascular ability and sculpt lean muscle. Delivered through a combination of livestream Zoom and pre-recorded videos, each class includes a fun and diverse blend of body weight and plyometric HIIT exercises combined with yoga-inspired movements that will leave you feeling sweaty, strong, and accomplished. 

 

 

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Yangon time (GMT +6:30)

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, join Jojo live on Zoom for a 45-minute session blending yoga with HIIT exercises. On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday you will be emailed a suggested pre-recorded video to do on your own time - or choose from 80+ classes from the content library.
